The Plateau state governor, Simon Lalong, who declared a lockdown until Wednesday, April 15, to limit the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) has come under heavy criticism after a video of a pathetic fumigation exercise video was seen trending on social media.
In the video a man was seen in with a knapsack bag wasting the chemical with his lackadaisical method of spraying in a restricted area. Social media users criticised the plateau state governor and the president for compromising with the health and safety of the people.
