How to install MTK65XX Preloader USB VCom Drivers in Windows/ How 2 disable driver signature enforcement in Windows
Step 1 :- Firstly Download MTK USB VCOM
Drivers for you device model from the below link.
Step 2 :- Now open Device Manager in
your PC by right clicking on My Computer and then click on Manage.
Step 3 :- Next go to Device Manager in that
and click on your PC name and then click on Add legacy hardware, see
below screenshot.

Step 4 :- Now in Add Hardware Wizard click on
Next >> Install the Hardware that i manually select from a list
(Advanced) >> Show All Devices >> Next >>Have a Disk >>
Browse, Now select the any inf file from where you extracted the
downloaded drivers.

Step 5 :- Now click on Next on the
wizard to install the drivers and when promoted for security issue just click
on install any anyway to finish the driver installation.
Step 6 :- That’s it after clicking on Finish
Restart your PC and use your tool with VCOM Drivers.

Generally many users face the problem of VCom drivers are not getting installed for their MediaTek device, we require VCom drivers usually when we flash firmware in our device with SP Flash Tools or any other similar tool.

How to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
Step 1 :- Firstly we have disable digital driver signature verification by going into the advanced startup options for that First, press win + I to launch the charm bar, and click Change PC Settings at the bottom. Then, go to General, and scroll to the bottom of the page, click Restart Now button under Advanced Startup section.
Note :- In Windows 8.1 and Up, the Advanced Startup option has moved to Update and recovery section under Recovery.
Step 2 :- The computer reboots to a start up menu, in which click Troubleshoot and click Advanced Options at next screen, Choose Startup Settings next, and click Restart button. The computer reboots and prompts another menu to choose. One of the items is to Disable driver signature enforcement. Press number 7 or F7 to continue booting to Windows 8 with digital sign enforcement disabled.
Step 3 :- Window 10
a. Press the Win + C and click on PC settings.
b. Switch over to the “Update & recovery” section.
c. Then click on the Recovery option on the left hand side.
d. Once selected, you will see an advanced startup section appear on the right hand side. You will need to click on the “Restart now” button.
e. Once your Computer has rebooted you will need to choose the Troubleshoot option.
f. Then head into Advanced options.
g. Then Startup Settings.
h. Since we are modifying boot time configuration settings, you will need to restart your computer one last time.
I. Here you will be given a list of startup settings that you can change. The one we are looking for is “Disable driver signature enforcement”. To choose the setting, you will need to press the F7 key.
